Welcome to Leonard Educational Evaluations, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, evaluations, forms, or digital materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of Services

Leonard Educational Evaluations provides Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for children, adolescents, college students related to educational purposes. Services are for informational and diagnostic purposes only and do not constitute ongoing therapy or medical treatment unless separately agreed upon.

2. No Emergency or Crisis Services

We do not provide emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Website Content

All website materials—including text, graphics, forms, and images—are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or outcomes based on website information.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled electronically or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees.

5. Payment & Insurance

We are a private-pay practice unless otherwise stated. Payment policies (e.g., deposits, retainer fees, final payment upon report completion) apply as outlined at the time of scheduling. We do not bill insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including reports, forms, and materials, is the property of Leonard Educational Evaluations, LLC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Leonard Educational Evaluations is not liable for:

  • Website interruptions

  • Third-party links

  • Any damages resulting from use of the site or services

8. Privacy

We follow all applicable federal and state laws regarding privacy, including HIPAA and FERPA when applicable. See our HIPAA and FERPA notices on the website.

Leonard Educational Evaluations, LLC is an educational consulting and administrative case management platform. School-based assessments, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), and school eligibility profiles are psychoeducational services governed under the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as well as state special education codes (NJAC 6A:14 / PA Chapter 14), and are executed by independent, Certified School Psychologists and educational specialists. Clinical or independent adult diagnostic assessments are rendered strictly by independent, state-licensed clinicians. All affiliated practitioners maintain complete professional and clinical autonomy over all testing, data, and reports.
