Leonard Educational Evaluations provides psychological, educational, neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for children, adolescents, college students, and adults related to educational purposes. Services are for informational and diagnostic purposes only and do not constitute ongoing therapy or medical treatment unless separately agreed upon.

2. No Emergency or Crisis Services

We do not provide emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

All website materials—including text, graphics, forms, and images—are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or outcomes based on website information.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled electronically or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees.

We are a private-pay practice unless otherwise stated. Payment policies (e.g., deposits, retainer fees, final payment upon report completion) apply as outlined at the time of scheduling. We do not bill insurance.
